Cleaning of the accommodation takes place every 2 days. Additional cleaning comes upon request and at extra costs.

Upon arrival, you will find little sweets in your room such as a Welcome Gift.
The products are packaged in compliance with the regulations regarding the Residences.
We ask you to inform us of any food intolerances or allergies.
Our rooms are non-smoking and we kindly request that you respect this rule.
In the event of this prohibition being broken, a penalty will be required for the extra cleaning costs.
There is no daytime reception in the structure, so you can refer to the Réva Resort for any request or need (located just 5 km away) where the reception is open from 8.00 to 22.00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. At Réva Residences and Pool, you may use the Special Requests box during booking or directly contact the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
At Réva Residences and Pool, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Réva Residences and Pool, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
