2023年1月1日以降、外国人向けに1室1泊あたりRM10の観光税がリゾーツ ワールド ゲンティン ファースト ワールド ホテルに適用されます。 リゾーツ ワールド ゲンティン ファースト ワールド ホテルの宿泊料金には含まれておらず、チェックイン時に支払う必要がある税金です。 有効なマレーシア身分証または永住者MY PRカードを所持している場合、リゾーツ ワールド ゲンティン ファースト ワールド ホテルでは免除されます。 予約に使用されたクレジットカードの名義は、リゾーツ ワールド ゲンティン ファースト ワールド ホテルを利用する者のものでなければなりません。 For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in.

From the 1st January 2023, Please note :
All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
