CREEK CARAVAN PARK RULES for HOLIDAY MAKERS
1. Introduction
1.1. These Park Rules are in place for the good management of the Creek Caravan Park and the benefit of all who use it. These rules form part of the agreement that is the contract between us for your holiday occupation of a pitch on the park.
1.2. The expression ‘you’/’your’ means anyone using or hiring the caravan as a holidaymaker. The expression ‘we’/’us’/’our’ refers to the park owner and/or manager.
1.3. You must make sure that anyone using the caravan is aware of the Park Rules.
2. Safety
2.1. You must use the park safely and should not cause danger to others.
2.2. You must obey all health and safety notices displayed on the park and act on the reasonable instructions of park staff in matters of health and safety.
2.3. All holidaymakers must comply with the Health & Safety requirements for the caravan you occupy.

3. Security
3.1. You are solely responsible for securing the caravan during your period of holiday occupation.
3.2. You may only use alarms of the silent, monitored type and not audible alarms.

4. Fire precautions
4.1. You must ensure that all occupants of your caravan are familiar with the location of the fire points and the contents of the fire notices displayed at each point.
4.2. You may not use fire equipment for any improper purpose such as washing cars, wetsuits or boats.
4.3. You must not store fuels or combustible materials other than removable containers on the park.
4.4. You must take all reasonable precautions when using decorative candles (birthday, candlelit dinner and the like) to minimise the fire risk. You must never leave candles unattended especially in the presence of children. We do not permit oversize candles, garden candles or torches anywhere on the park.
4.5. You must not use disposable BBQ’s anywhere on the site or dispose of them in the site bins.

5. Wi-Fi and TV
5.1. The caravan site has internet connection covering all the pitches and the beach with ultra-fast broadband allowing you to stream and surf as much as you want, subject to our Fair Use Policy.
5.2. Subscribers to our internet will be required to agree to our Terms of Use, including our Acceptable Use Policy.
5.3. No satellite dishes are allowed on the Park.

6. Your pitch
6.1. You are responsible for keeping the area around the caravan clean and tidy.
6.2. Nothing flammable is to be stored underneath the caravan or deck.

7. Visitors to the Park during your holiday
7.1. Only people lawfully visiting with your permission have permission to enter the park.
7.2. Your visitors may not arrive before 7 am and must leave the park by 11.59 pm
7.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your visitors and all occupants of your caravan adhere to the Park Rules.

8. Children
8.1. Children must be supervised whilst on the park and are the responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian during their stay.
8.2. Never allow children to play near or in the sea unaccompanied.
8.3. Children under the age of 16 should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation or on the park.
8.4. Children must be supervised to ensure that they are not a nuisance or danger to themselves or other people on the park and do not cause undue noise or disturbance.
8.5. An adult must accompany small children inside any of the park facilities or buildings or grounds.

9. Pets
9.1. You must not bring any pets or animals when you visit the park except those identified on your holiday booking form, which is limited to 2 dogs and not to include any of the breeds subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. You must also comply with the following:
9.2. Any dog you bring must be supervised by and under the control of you, or of a responsible adult in your party, at all times. This means you may not leave any dog unsupervised in a caravan or anywhere else on the park at any time. Nor may you leave any dog under the supervision of any person aged under 18. These rules apply even if the dog knows the park well and you believe them to be well-behaved.
9.3. If you do not supervise and control any dog, we are likely to ask you to remove it from the park straight away. Depending on the circumstances, you may not be allowed to bring it back, or may only be allowed to do so with our written permission, which we would not withhold once our reasonable concerns have been addressed. This is because we cannot allow the safety of others to be put at risk.
9.4. If you see another dog anywhere on the park which does not appear to be supervised by and under the control of a responsible adult, or whose behaviour gives a cause for concern, please tell the manager straight away.
9.5. You must not exercise dogs on the park.
9.6. You must keep any dog on a lead at all times whilst on the park, except in your caravan or on the deck.
9.7. You must clean up if your dog defecates on the park.
9.8. Dogs are not permitted in the launderette, shower or toilet at all times or other owners’ caravans without their invitation.
9.9. You must ensure your pet does not cause any nuisance, undue noise or disturbance.
9.10. Nothing in these Park Rules prevents you or any member of your party from bringing an assistance dog to the park, or from using the dog exactly as at home, if this is required to support a disability and Assistance Dogs UK or any successor body has issued an Identification Book or other appropriate evidence.

10. Behaviour
10.1. You should respect the privacy of other caravan owners and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 8.30 pm and 8.30 am with absolute quiet between 10 pm and 7 am.
