Une communication fluide avec le personnel a été assurée avant, pendant et après le séjour. Les chambres se sont révélées propres, confortables et sécurisées, avec un service de ménage quotidien et des serviettes fraîches fournies régulièrement. Le petit-déjeuner, servi par une équipe accueillante, est resté toujours de bonne qualité. L’emplacement était calme, à proximité de centres commerciaux facilement accessibles. Les demandes ont été traitées rapidement grâce à un personnel réactif tout au long du séjour.
