Newly renovated building with very comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet and well supplied with tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet offers a good selection of hot and cold food. Parking is great. Location is convenient for visiting Niagara Falls or the safari zoo. Waffles served at breakfast are good.
