Situated right in the city center, the hotel offered easy access to numerous cafes and restaurants. The staff were consistently helpful, courteous, and professional, promptly addressing issues such as a shower malfunction. Rooms with lagoon views were available and appreciated for their cleanliness. Breakfast featured a good selection with fresh options and quality coffee. Spa services included massages, though the facilities showed signs of needing renovation.
Room with a view of the lagoon, good breakfast, staff fixed shower quickly. Spa massage was good but expensive. Coffee selection was great, fresh and good quality. Staff brought espresso machine to room, very helpful. Location is convenient, views are nice. Receptionist friendly and helpful.
