Central location in Rotorua, close to main attractions. Rooms spacious and clean with traditional decor. Staff helpful, check-in smooth, got an upgrade. Breakfast good selection. Old style house with character, nice vibe. Veranda rooms charming, beds comfortable and sheets clean. Bar restaurant nearby adds to atmosphere. Pool was closed for maintenance but no problem overall.
