PH Hostel Birmingham is pet friendly. Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not permitted in dormitories. A pet fee may apply.

Towels: To support our sustainability efforts, we encourage guests to bring their own towels. However, if needed, towels are available upon request for a hire fee of £4 each, subject to availability. Please ensure the towels are returned on departure to avoid an additional charge of £4.

Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping is provided by default. Long-stay guests (more than 7 nights) can request this service with a member of the team on-site. Additional fees from £5 to £15 may apply.

Towels are available free on request to guests in private rooms. Towels hire will cost 4.00 GBP on request for guests in dormitories.

Please be advised that this property is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the entrance requires navigating a set of steps, and all rooms are only reachable via stairs.
