Friendly staff, especially Franz at reception and Sebastian the bar man, were amazing and helpful. The breakfast was great with a lovely young lady serving it. The room was cozy with stunning views and perfect temperature. Underground parking was available in the main hotel with a tunnel connecting to lifts and elevators to the ski lift. Access to the spa and pool in Hotel Madlein was included, which had 5-star amenities. The location was great for both summer activities and winter skiing in Ischgl.
