Please note the following information: Breakfast - May to September: ◦ Breakfast is offered from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am (5 days a week). ◦ Breakfast is not served on Friday and Saturday. - October to April: ◦ We do not offer breakfast during this time. - All year round: ◦ A ‘good morning set’ is available free of charge in every room, consisting of: ▪ Kettle, mug, tea bags, coffee sticks, milk and sugar. ▪ This set is freshly refilled every day so that you can start the day off right. Winter closing times Please note the closing times in winter. These depend on the bookings.

Location and surroundings - Lake Constance and the island of Lindau are only 3 km away. - A bakery and a supermarket are 1.5 km from the guest house. - The nearest bus stop is just 100 m away and takes you directly to Lindau town centre and the main train station.

Rooms and facilities - Individually furnished rooms with satellite TV, seating area and free Wi-Fi. - Most rooms have a private bathroom. - Drinks can be enjoyed outside.
