Stradbroke Flyer and SeaLink companies operate regular passenger and vehicle ferry services from Toondah Harbour in Cleveland, to Dunwich on North Stradbroke Island. The passenger ferry takes just 25 minutes, and the vehicle ferry takes just 45 minutes. A shuttle bus operates between Cleveland train station and the ferry terminal.

On North Stradbroke Island, ferries are met by the local bus company, which takes visitors to Dunwich, Amity Point, and Point Lookout. Pandanus Palms Resort is a 20-minute drive from Dunwich Ferry Terminal.
