Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. After booking at Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers, the property will contact you with further instructions.
A security deposit/refundable bond of NZD 250 is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card/debit card. It can also be paid in cash only if you intend to arrive and depart within the reception opening hours. You should be reimbursed in full within 7 days of check out subject to return of the key and inspection of the room.
The property's reception opening hours are:

On public holidays:
- 9:00 to 10:00
- 14:00 to 17:00
If you are arriving after 6:00 you will need to complete the pre-check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to your arrival. Once this has been received; we will either email or text you our late arrival details before we close the reception.
Children aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check-in.
Due to an exciting new upgrade our POOL area will be CLOSED from the 3rd March 2025 until further notice. Appreciate your understanding with this necessary maintenance & work. The fabulous Mount saltwater Hot Pools are located across the road from us and just show your room key to get a discount!At Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
