Please note, that as Ocean Breeze is part of a new build development (Reef Manor) in it’s final stages, you may notice tradespeople onsite during your stay, conducting final snagging works. Please use the communal main entrance door where possible and please rest assured that these works are isolated to the exterior and minor communal areas.

- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18.

- Infants will be counted as guest.

- Strictly no stag or hen parties.

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (A penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found).

- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure, the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning.

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.

At Ocean Breeze by Grandeur Property, guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Kindly note that at Ocean Breeze by Grandeur Property, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
