-Access to our pool and gym is complimentary for the first two guests. Any additional guests will be charged ₱200 each. Amenities are open from Tuesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and can accommodate up to 8 persons per hour.
- Submit copies of your government IDs at least 3 days before arrival for Guest Authorization. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll share a form for submitting these requirements.
- Please bring an extra ID card to be surrendered at the concierge upon check-in.
-Since our condo building doesn't allow self-check-in, it's important to coordinate your arrival time with us. This way, we can make sure your check-in process goes smoothly.
-To help us be as prepared as possible, please let us know at least 10 minutes before you arrive, as well as when you reach the lobby.
-Just a heads-up: If we don't hear from you about your estimated time of arrival by 6 PM on your check-in date, our staff will have to leave, and unfortunately, there won't be anyone available to check you in.
- Luggage deposit before check-in/after check-out is available for ₱300, depending on slot availability. We kindly ask that you lock your bags before depositing them and acknowledge that we will not be liable for any losses or damages to your property.
- Not returning the keys upon check-out incurs a fee for the cost of door lock replacement and labor charges. If the keys are damaged upon return, a Php500 penalty will apply.
- Please turn off all appliances and ensure the doors are locked before leaving the unit.
- Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited with a Php5,000 fine for violators.
- Please avoid cooking strong-smelling dishes, such as fish, squid, and dried fish. Violators may be charged a Php5,000 fine.
- Unfortunately, pets and parties are not allowed.
- Please respect the quiet hours after 8:00 PM to maintain a serene environment for all residents. A fine of Php1,000 may apply for disturbances.
- Children of any age are counted as individual guests.
- Visitors are welcome from 8 AM to 10 PM only. To ensure a smooth visit, please provide their IDs for registration purposes. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times. A violation of this rule may result in a charge of Php1,000/head/night.
- We adhere to room occupancy limits set by fire code/fire safety restrictions. Exceeding these limits might necessitate renting another room or vacating the property.
- A cleaning fee applies to every booking. If your stay exceeds 7 days, room cleaning is required every 3 days, and a standard cleaning fee will apply for each cleaning. Cleaning will be video documented before and after.
- Please dispose of your waste responsibly, particularly food waste. The Garbage Area is located in Basement 2.
-Strictly no attaching of posters, signs or stickers on walls, ceilings, cabinets, doors, and all other areas of the listing.
- We expect all guests to respect the property and building rules. Non-compliance may result in service refusal or eviction without a refund.
-For each booking, we provide one towel and fresh linens. However, if you find yourself in need of extra, we have additional items available for your convenience at a nominal fee:
- Towel: ₱100 each
- Blanket/Comforter: ₱300 each
- Flat Sheet: ₱50 each
- Fitted Sheet: ₱50 each
- Pillow Case: ₱25 each
-Additional items must be requested in advance to ensure availability. All requests for extras, once confirmed, will be added to your bill and are payable before your checkout. Non-returned items will be charged depending on how much it would cost to procure a replacement.
-Other items such as rugs, toilet paper, bottled water, coffee, water refill, etc. are also available at their respective prices. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need any of these items during your stay.
-We understand that sometimes plans change. However, please note that any requests for alterations that fall outside of the full refund window, as detailed in our cancellation policy, unfortunately, can't be accommodated. We highly recommend finalizing your booking details within this window to ensure a seamless experience.
-We value your comfort and well-being during your stay with us. If you encounter any concerns, please reach out to the host as soon as possible. Our staff is available from 10AM to 5 PM for minor issues. For any problems requiring outside personnel, we ask for your understanding as resolution will depend on their availability.
-To properly address any reported concerns, we'll need access to the property for verification. If you're unable to grant us this access, we regret that no refund can be issued.
PARKING GUIDELINES:
1. SINGLE ENTRY PARKING 🚗:
Right at the basement of our lovely lobby, we have a pay-as-you-go parking facility. The rate is just Php150/night plus a regular parking fee (Php50 for the initial 3 hours, and then just Php20 for each additional hour) for a single entry. It's a first come, first served basis, so no need to stress about making any reservations. Just to give you a little example:
For a 22-hour parking duration:
- First 3 hours: Php50
- Additional 19 hours: Php380
- Overnight rate: Php150
Total = Php580
2. MULTIPLE ENTRY PARKING 🚙:
If you're planning on coming and going, you might prefer our B2 parking facility right in our building. We'd be absolutely delighted to help you book a slot for just Php600/night, granting you unlimited entries until your check-out time. We just kindly ask for you to make your reservation at least 1 day prior to arrival as this is subject to availability. Please note that once confirmed, reservations can't be canceled or moved. When you're ready to book, please provide us with the following details:

Please note that these parking facilities are not managed by us. Our management shall not be liable for any loss or damage done to vehicles while parked anywhere in the premises.
EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
From 11:00 AM until the standard check-in time. (Subject to unit availability.)
Fee: ₱1,000.
Before 11:00 AM: Guests must book the previous night to check in earlier than 11:00 AM.
LATE CHECK-IN POLICY
After Standard Check-in Window Until 12:00 Midnight:
Fee: ₱1,000.
From 12:00 Midnight Onwards:
Fee: ₱2,000.
LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
After Standard Check-out Time Until 1:00 PM. (Subject to unit availability)
Fee: ₱1,000.
After 1:00 PM: Guests must book the following night for extended stay.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our establishment is committed to maintaining a pest-free environment through regular maintenance measures. However, controlling the entry of insects from external sources is beyond our capacity. We kindly request guests to keep all doors and windows closed to mitigate the possibility of insect intrusion. Additionally, we advise the prompt disposal of all waste, particularly food remnants, to prevent attracting external insects. It is essential that guests maintain the sanitation of their rooms to further reduce the risk of pest intrusion. Please be aware that our management cannot be held liable for any insects that may enter the rooms due to external factors or the guest's failure to keep the room sanitary.
As guests, it's essential to be aware of and respect the rules and regulations of our property and the building. Our rooms are privately owned and managed, and we're committed to upholding a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone. To ensure this, we must sometimes exercise the right to refuse service to individuals who do not adhere to Philippine laws or the standards and policies established by our owners, our HOA, and the Republic of the Philippines.
Please be aware that we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. We may refuse admission, service, or accommodation in our room, charge penalties imposed by our HOA or our local government, or remove a guest without a refund, under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
- Displaying disorderly conduct due to the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances, disrupting the peace of other guests and residents, or violating state liquor laws.
- Failure to supervise children adequately at all times.
- Seeking to use the property for unlawful purposes.
- Attempting to bring an unlawfully possessed firearm or any other item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that's unlawful to possess and potentially dangerous to other persons.
- Damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to the property or guests.
- Exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy of the room.
- Refusal to abide by reasonable standards or policies for our property's operation and management.
We reserve the right to modify these House Rules and any arrangements featured on our listing at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to check our listing regularly for updates. Any modifications made before your departure are considered a part of your reservation agreement.
