Friendly and English-speaking staff, especially manager Thabet who was very helpful, breakfast was good with a sufficient variety, rooms were spacious and clean with toilets that had jet sprays, spa center and sauna were available daily, location was quiet but central within walking distance to Central Park, Almaty zoo, Dino park, Panfilov park and many restaurants and supermarkets.
