A spacious and clean apartment featured air conditioning in each room, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge. The balcony offered breathtaking views of Mount Ararat and was perfect for relaxation. The location was quiet yet close to the city center and Republic Square within a 10-minute walk. Guests were welcomed with complimentary wine, fruits, and local apricots. Underfloor heating allowed temperature regulation for added comfort.
