The apartment was spacious with a new mattress and comfortable bed, the bathroom was newly re-done, and the room had plenty of windows to let in fresh air, the location was central, quiet, close to highways in Cape Town eastern suburbs and city bowl with parking on site. The host was very accommodating and helpful in resolving a problem, and there was a kids play area nearby.
