Check-ins after 8:00 PM incur a €20 surcharge.

If not pre-authorized, a €30 surcharge will be charged for each additional hour after 11:00 AM.

Identification:
The full name and ID or passport of the person checking in is required.

Accommodation occupancy:
All guests must be included in the reservation.
Any unregistered guests require prior authorization and are subject to a €30 fee per night.

Child Policy:
For security reasons, guests under 18 years of age are not permitted.

Pets:
Pets are allowed only with an additional fee of €60 per day per pet.

Washing Machine Use:
The washing machine may not be used without prior authorization or supervision.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Guests are expected to maintain order, including cleaning and storing utensils and dishes.
Basic condiments such as oil, salt, or pepper are not provided for hygiene reasons.

Damage to Property and Property:
Any damage must be reported immediately.
The charge for stained towels or sheets is €20.
Towels are for indoor use only.
In the event of lost keys, an €80 fee will be applied.

Prohibited Activities:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. In case of non-compliance, a €300 fee for deep cleaning will be charged.
The use of illicit substances or alcohol consumption is prohibited inside the property.
Celebrations or gatherings that could be considered parties are not permitted. Any violation will result in a €500 penalty and immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Accommodation Conditions:
All furniture, appliances, and locks are in good condition.
Doors must be kept closed for security.

General Conduct:
Common areas must be kept tidy.
Guests must respect the privacy of their neighbors and avoid disturbing noise.

Acceptance of Conditions:
By confirming the reservation, the guest fully accepts these rules.
