Offering an outdoor pool and a seafront restaurant, Mariposa Belize Beach Resort is located right on the beach in Placencia. Mariposa now has 10 units available for accommodations plus a restaurant, bar and a pool.

Suites at the Mariposa feature functional décor, air conditioning, air purifiers and ceiling fans. The main villa has a 2 bedroom Penthouse suite + 3 Caribbean facing studio units. Plus 6 of our units are stand alone buildings called tree houses because they are built in the 50 year old trees on our 2 acres. They are large units with different bed configurations, 2 have king size beds and a set of bunk beds, 2 have a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds and 2 have double queen size beds..

At Mariposa Belize Beach Resort you will find a private beach area, a tour desk and luggage storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including cycling, snorkelling and sailing.

All Units now include 50 inch Smart TVs with streaming capability, all rooms include free WiFi, Irons have been added and air purifiers have been added to all rooms

The property is just 250 metres from Palencia Airstrip and 2 km north of Palencia town. Palencia has various restaurants, bars, grocery stores and dive schools, as well as a harbour with boat connections to mainland Belize.
