Great location,and the water park was awesome for the kids, like seriouslycool spot,but man so much going on. Staff reallywere nice, always around cleaning pools early; it looked spotless everywhere. Room? Comfortable and big, with a sea view that kinda takes your breath sometimes.Or maybe just me? Food at JW was super good, totally recommended anyhow. Only thing—patio door lock broke. Fixed people came twice but nope—actually never fixed lol, hadtosleepwith unlocked door not great idea(obviously!), and sinks clogged in both roomsreported nada happened with that too.Mid of busy fun place but front desk little slow – often onlyone person handling check-ins which made things liney slow.And elevator got stuck yeswoah! Called from cell ‘cause ping...no answers! Spa helped call securitywho rescued us in 20ish min.After all that? Really nicestay ...would come back cause it’s just a cool clean chill spot if you ignore minor glitches here and there you know?
