Nice old building, close to the east gate of Itchan Kala. Courtyard is pretty, minaret can be climbed. Room was bright and airy, fridge and kettle inside. Breakfast outside in courtyard was good and fresh. Location easy for exploring Khiva. Parking lot on site. Staff friendly, helpful with tours like Ayazkala. Overall good spot for authentic stay near old town.
