The air conditioning worked well, but the fan controller was broken in one of the upper rooms, and we hope that gets fixed. The house was really clean and comfy, though having only one attached toilet and two that weren’t, with one hard to use, made it tough for more than three elderly people to stay. The floor outside changed from artificial grass to pebble, so it would be helpful if the owner shared updated photos, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond.
