There are separate heaters in all bedrooms and in the downstairs lounge. Underfloor heating is in the kitchen, the separate toilet, all bathrooms, the laundry and entrance way. The bedroom configurations are as follows: - Bedroom 1 - king-sized bed and en suite bathroom - Bedroom 2 - king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom - Bedroom 3/2nd living room - 1 king sized bed or 2 single beds with shared bathroom. - Bedroom 4 - 1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds and 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom. - Bedroom 5 -1 king-sized bed or 2 single beds with shared bathroom. A portable hottub can be organised for NZ$375 for a 2 night minimum, $395 for 3 nights and then NZ$50 per night thereafter.
