Important informationMaximum 15 guests staying and visiting the barn at any time.Any extra guests such as caterers, chefs need to be agreed with us before hand. This is for insurance purposes.
Parking for maximum 10 cars and to be parked on the home barn grounds only. No commercial vehicles allowed on the premises, caravans or motorhomes.
Please vacate the hot tub after 10pm to avoid any noise and disturbance for our neighbours at unsociable hours.
Please vacate the barn at the agreed check out time.
No food or drink in the hot tub. No glass in or around the hot tub.
No smoking on the premises which includes inside and outside.
Please organise rubbish correctly into the correct bins.
No fireworks in the house or in the grounds.
All cars to be in good working condition as any oil spillages will be charged to repair.
No audible music to be heard outside the property after 10pm.
No base speakers.
Please strip beds on departure.
No electric car charging - a minimum charge of £50 will be requested if charging electric vehicles.
No inside furniture to be taken or used outside.
Also the £300 damage deposit needs to be transfered to owner prior to check in. This will be returned to guests within 5 workings days of their check out expending on no damage caused.
Early check in options and late check out options available at an extra charge.
Bags of wood for the fire are charged at £12 per bag.At Luxury, Modern barn with hot tub, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
