Following check-in, It is required all guests' information to be registered on the city's SEF portal, including a photo of their passport or ID card, date and place of birth, and place of residence (country and city).

In our Santa Cruz area, tourists are subject to an eco-tax of €2 per person per day, for up to 7 days.

Payment is to be made in cash directly to the property owner.

Children under the age of 13 are exempt from the environmental tax.At Lua do Mar, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
