Guests must comply with all rules and restrictions established by the condominium. These include, for example: smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in all common areas; hanging clothes or any textiles on the terrace is not allowed; occupancy may not exceed six (6) people in the apartment or the condominium; guests are required to rinse off their feet in the showers located at the beach exit before entering the property; use of the pool and wet areas is limited to daytime hours only; among other regulations.

Housekeeping staff must be requested at least twice per week (COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day) to ensure a personalized level of attention, allowing you and your companions to simply relax and enjoy. The presence of the staff guarantees a clean and well-maintained environment throughout your stay.

🧑‍🌾 Gardening service included
Garden maintenance is covered by the owner and takes place once per week to keep the space in optimal condition. The visit will be coordinated with the guest, who must authorize access to the apartment. This service is provided at no additional cost.

🔇 Parties / events / gatherings
Parties, loud gatherings, or high-volume music are not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas. This property is located in a residential condominium that values peace and respect for the rest of all residents.
