Helpful owner responded quickly to emails and resolved issues with the TV and toaster. The apartment was small but comfortable, with a functional kitchen, good tea and coffee selection, plentiful hot water, heating controlled by the hirer, Wi-Fi that worked well, smart wooden floors, plenty of mains sockets for charging phones (bring adaptors for UK plugs), and a good quality sofa bed easy to roll out each night. Very central location in the heart of old Lille near shops and restaurants on a quiet street about 15-20 minutes walk from Eurostar terminal/Lille Europe station. Parking was nearby.
