Large rooms had big bathrooms and the swimming pool was large and cleaned several times a day due to strong winds. Lamine, who worked at the hotel, was very helpful with organizing activities, transportation, and accompanied on walks along mangroves and cashew plantations. The restaurant served tasty seafood freshly caught by local fishermen. The location was close to Fathala Park, Saloum Delta National Park, a lake, and the oldest tree in the region near Missirah village.
