Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport or any other ID with address approved by the Government of India) at the time of check-in, else the property has the right to deny admission. A Pan Card is not acceptable. Foreign guests are required to produce a valid passport and visa.

Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
