We stayed from 29th August to 5th September in a quiet, elevated spot perfect for coastal walks and just 5-10 minutes from Sauzon port and village. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of local and homemade options, fresh fruit, farm yoghurts, pastries, crepes, and tasty scrambled eggs with apple compote, plus some continental choices. Our twin room with a terrace and sea view was modern, clean, and comfy, with a rainforest shower and all toiletries including a pool towel. The restaurant’s Sunday vegetarian buffet was surprisingly different and excellent, and the staff were attentive. We also loved the hotel lounge overlooking the port and bay, leading out to a terrace with a pool, a popular hot tub, and sauna. The coastal path right next to the hotel made walking to Pointe du Poulains easy.
