We stayed in a cozy house with everything we needed, and the host was amazing, especially with the snowy weather. She had small touches that made us feel really welcome and was just next door, so when we accidentally turned off the thermostat, she helped us right away. On the snowy weekend, our car got buried, but on the day we left, she cleared the snow around it and even scraped the ice off the windows, which was a really nice gesture.
