From July onwards, Jaspers will open from noon to 3pm for Southern Forests wine tasting with a curated selection of Pemberton wineries, Picardy, Below & Above, Pemberley of Pemberton and - new at Jaspers - Lillian Wines.

Along with these superb examples of Pemberton's finest vineyards, we're delighted to unveil our delicious Jaspers gourmet boards filled with a hand-picked selection of treats to enjoy with those wines, a trio of cheese from Nannup’s Cambray, Italian prosciutto and salami, Knutsford Gourmet crackers & lavosh, Great Southern Groves olives, The Epicurean Foodie Peach Bourbon Paste, seasonal fruit, soft dried apricots, dry roasted nuts & Southern Forests Chocolate.

Small, but perfectly formed Each tasting is around 50ml, so any three tastings are approximately one standard glass of wine, and our updated Tavern Licence allows us to sell single and mixed cases of Southern Forest wines to take home.
