El hotel estaba cerca del Budweiser Stage y del Rogers Center, con un servicio de traslado al centro que facilitaba mucho los desplazamientos. Nicole en recepción fue muy amable y Bryce, el conductor, ofreció un servicio excelente. La habitación era luminosa, limpia, amplia y tenía batas. La piscina climatizada en la azotea y el gimnasio estaban bien equipados. El restaurante Playbook Commons fue fantástico y las vistas desde el bar Valerie impresionaron mucho. También hubo opción de hacer check-in temprano y check-out tarde.
