Our vacation home is located about 300 m from the main building and can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot. It offers complete privacy, a separate entrance, and private parking. Directly in front of the house is a large public playground, which is especially popular with families.

The accommodation is easily accessible - the Kirchbichl motorway exit (A12) is only about 5 km away. The Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area can be easily reached in just 15 minutes with the free ski bus.
