Hotel El Ganzo is a 69-room independent hotel and beach club in San José del Cabo in Baja California Sur. Overlooking one of the most beautiful parts of the world where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, the property offers a variety of ways to immerse oneself - a private beach and swim club, a bathhouse and spa, a rooftop pool bar and its best offering, a front row seat to the cycle of beauty unfolding on the horizon.

El Ganzo was originally conceived in 2012 as an artist’s residency space and recording studio with rooms to rent, and has evolved in that same spirit to offer a seaside getaway that is immersed in groundbreaking art and culture.

El Ganzo is animated by a vibrant calendar of goings-on, from morning yoga on the roof to live music by locals and visiting musicians by the firepits and the opportunity to see some of the most interesting emerging and established artists from Mexico and around the world at work making art interventions, and much more.
