We found the location excellent, with the university within walking distance and plenty of buses nearby. The room in the host’s apartment was small and basic, with a big, comfortable bed, a desk, and a chair, and although it was simple, the view across the lower houses meant we looked out onto open sky, which made the space feel more open and private than its size suggested. The bathroom was shared, but everything worked well, including the AC, Wi Fi, ceiling fan, TV, and shutters, and both the room and the place were clean. The room also had its own key. With a supermarket nearby, it was convenient, though if you want real milk with tea or coffee, you should buy some because the host only has substitutes. The host was nice, accessible, and kept texting to make sure everything was ok.
