Cerca de la parada de autobús Fontanka y dos supermercados, con fácil acceso a tiendas. El patio cuenta con piscina y mucha vegetación. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, con anfitriones amables para ayudar. El desayuno es sabroso. Las playas están a 5-10 minutos en coche desde el hotel.
