Close to Shymbulak, just 3 minutes walk. Architecture nice and beautiful. Mountains and hiking nearby, bus stops at Medeu Cable car. About 20-30 min by bus to Almaty, faster by taxi. Price reasonable. Located in greenery, room with lots of storage, king size bed good for family with kids. Clean hotel with park and giant chess for kids. No shops nearby, expensive stuff from hotel shop. Great spot if visiting for skiing or snowboarding, 5 min bus to ski resort, city center about 20 min on same bus. Rooms not new but okay considering price and location. Good air quality, mountain view recommended over street view.
