This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

A long-term rental home, which is located between the Barn and the main House on the north side of the property is off-limits to guests and has a full-time caretaker/tenant. Please do not block the driveway access to the long-term rental home which is located and accessible behind the barn.

Minimum age requirement applies at 121 - Rancharillo - Meredith Lodging. You must be at least 25 years old to rent 121 - Rancharillo - Meredith Lodging. By booking at 121 - Rancharillo - Meredith Lodging, you confirm that you are at least 25 years old. Failure to confirm your age at 121 - Rancharillo - Meredith Lodging constitutes a material breach of the agreement.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property
• No more than 6 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered persons must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
