Important Information – Please Read Before Booking
Before confirming your reservation at this property, make sure you agree with all the terms and conditions detailed below. These rules are essential to ensure a safe and smooth stay. If any of them do not suit your needs, we recommend choosing an alternative that better fits your preferences.
Check-in Time
• Check-in is available between 16:00 and 20:00.
• Late check-in (from 20:00 to 00:00) is available for an additional fee. This service must be requested in advance (at least 24 hours before your arrival) and the cost may vary depending on the property.
• Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
• Late check-in is managed by an external company and must be paid before 20:00 on the day prior to your arrival.
• For last-minute bookings (same-day check-in), check-in is only available until 20:00.
• Important: Failure to comply with the indicated times and procedures will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no right to enter the accommodation or receive a refund, including any late check-in fee already paid.
Security Deposit
• A deposit is mandatory and required to complete the reservation.
• For bookings made more than 14 days in advance, payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer.
• If your booking is made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit must be paid on the same day the reservation is made.

• The deposit is only considered paid once the funds are received in the account. Bank receipts are not accepted as proof of payment to avoid potential fraud or reversible transfers.
• For same-day arrivals, the deposit must be paid via immediate bank transfer or cash deposit at an ATM.
• Failure to complete this process will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Guest Identification
• All guests must present a valid passport or national ID, as required by law.
• This information will be submitted to the appropriate authorities as part of the mandatory check-in protocol.
• No changes to the list of guests are allowed after the booking is confirmed.
• Parties and celebrations are not allowed in this property.
Travelling with Pets
• If you plan to bring a pet, you must inform us in advance.
• An additional nightly fee applies per pet, calculated for the entire length of the booking, even if the pet does not stay every night.
• Failure to notify the presence of a pet will result in the loss of the full deposit.
Guests staying at the Property
• It’s important that you correctly indicate the number of guests who will be staying.
• Any visitors not included in the reservation must be paid for separately. An additional fee applies per person, per night, and is calculated for the entire duration of the booking, even if those guests are not present every night.
• The age restriction shown in the "Guest Information" section applies to all guests in the reservation, with no exceptions, regardless of who accompanies them.
• Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of the security deposit.
Check-in Procedure
• The person who made the booking must be present at check-in.
• Check-in cannot be delegated to someone else, even if they are part of your group.
Deposit Refund
• The deposit will be refunded within 8 to 14 business days after check-out.
• To process the refund, please send the following information via Booking.com’s messaging system:
o Account holder's full name
o IBAN
o SWIFT/BIC
o Reservation number
• We cannot process the refund until all of this information has been provided.
• In the event of any damage or rule violations, the deposit will not be refunded.
