La cucina si è rivelata ottima e le cene nei ristoranti sono state generalmente piacevoli. Il personale, tra cui Michelle, Condley, Tavia, Gabrielle e la signora Georgia al buffet, ha garantito un servizio eccellente con professionalità e cortesia. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben tenute dal servizio di pulizia. La palestra offriva attrezzature di qualità ed era supportata da un istruttore disponibile. Il bar sportivo e il caffè proponevano buone opzioni di intrattenimento accompagnate da una vista mozzafiato sulla zona circostante.
