At Heritage 302, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card before check-in. Kindly note that at Heritage 302, all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange.

By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property.

We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature.

Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amAt Heritage 302, payment by bank transfer prior to arrival is mandatory. After booking at Heritage 302, the property will contact you with further instructions.
