All guests agree to sign in to our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled, and you will not be allowed access into the property.

Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.At Harbour Haven by Grandeur Property, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
