Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

We welcome children of all ages.

The property may require a deposit of 300.00 EUR.

- This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

- Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.

Smoking on the property will incur an additional charge of €200 at minimum .

- For stays longer than 30 nights, utility use is subject to a EUR 80 limit under the fair-use policy.

- For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

- An extra set of keys, replacement of lost keys, or a door-opening service during your stay costs EUR 20.

- Extra cleaning with linen: the current price of a cleaning fee.

- Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
