A designated staff member will meet guests on the property for personal check-in.

Please note that an additional charge of AED 150 will apply for check-in after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

Please note that all guests need to provide a copy of a valid passport before check-in.

The checkout time is strictly 11:00. Please note that an additional fee of AED 1800 will apply for check-out after 11:00. The property needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests

GuestReady - Blue Diamond Beachfront Retreatでは、施設内での喫煙は一切許可されていません。 If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
