Nice view over Derwent River, quiet and cozy. Breakfast with muesli, yoghurt, fruit, cereals. Old house but well kept. Friendly staff. Good location near Salamanca and Franklin Wharf. Beautiful garden and nice furniture inside. Felt special staying here.
