Friendly and helpful staff answered every question and gave good advice, the triple room was basic but clean with privacy curtains on the bunk bed, sheets and towels were very clean, breakfast had toast, butter, jam and tea or coffee without milk but a small kitchen was there to use. The beds were firm and comfortable with no waiting for the shared bathroom. The location was calm yet close to bus stops, meat street, market, downtown and festival locations with a large supermarket nearby. A water dispenser was available along with communal bikes to ride around Andong city.
