Please note that bed linen is not included in the price for stays of more than 6 nights. Guests can bring their own or rent it onsite for the following extra charges:
- Single bed linen: EUR 7
- Double bed linen: EUR 14
- Towels: EUR 3.50 per person

If the apartment is booked for 2 guests, only 1 bedroom will be available. If they wish to use the second bedroom, a EUR 10 extra fee applies per night. If guests ask for extra bed linen for a double bed, it will be charged EUR 14.

Guests booking for 1 week can order breakfast. This request can be made in the special request box when booking. Please contact the property for further information.

A local breakfast option is available for a EUR 9 extra fee per person and must to be requested at least 8 days prior to arrival.

Please note that this property can accommodate up to 2 pets for an extra charge of EUR 7 per pet.

For stays of less than 6 nights, a EUR 12 service charge per night will be requested and will have to be paid upon arrival.

For stays of 6 nights and more, a EUR 70 service charge will be requested and will have to be paid upon arrival.
