Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, avec M. Sumit Goyal toujours prêt à aider. À la réception, Anish donnait de bons conseils pour visiter Bhaktapur. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et entièrement végétarien. Les chambres étaient propres, bien décorées et très confortables. La piscine et l’aire de jeux ont beaucoup plu aux enfants.
