The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a first aid kit, iron, and fan but no air conditioning or washing machine. The location was excellent in the historic Ribeira area of Porto with many restaurants, wine bars, cafes nearby and easy access to main tourist sights within walking distance. Joao communicated well and gave clear directions while the double shutters were very effective at minimizing outside noise.
